Lord, please wrap me in Your comfort this morning. Wash away the heaviness and the 'smelly' sweat in the shower, and replace it with Your refreshing peace. Help me to feel no guilt for needing rest, and let the warmth of the water soothe that shoulder. Give me the strength to just 'be' today, knowing that Your grace is enough.
